Exchange Policy

How to Exchange:

If your outfit doesn’t fit or isn’t quite right, contact us on WhatsApp or email within 11 am to 7 pm from Monday to Saturday after delivery.

Our team will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange Conditions:

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact.

Shipping charges for exchange shipments may apply unless otherwise specified.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Exchange with Credit Note

Products are eligible for exchange only via a Credit Note.
