PAYMENT TERMS

We offer safe and secure credit, debit, UPI and internet banking options for Visa and Master Card holders.

TAXES

All prices are including tax. 12% GST.

DELIVERY TIME

We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 10-15 working days. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we will keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. The delivery date and time are dependent on the location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All the Couture By Manju pieces are either ready for shipping or are made to order. You must be assured that we make all our products with a lot of care and attention to detail. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the Couture By Manju pieces are sold they can be cancelled within 24 hours, after which they can't be exchanged or replaced. If for some reason, you are unsure of the size, please consult our size chart/team who can guide you on which size to use. If still we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at manjucreation1@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +91-9811404992 (no information id recorded on calls as messages are better for record keeping) and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of exchanging the pieces. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request. Please do assist them. 

DISCLAIMER : 

1. Please note that none of the products are eligible for exchange as they are altered in your size or are tailor made for you. All made to order products are non returnable and non exchangeable.
2. In order to maintain fairness to our tailors for the ready to ship products, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale", i.e. we can get it altered as per your size. Please make it a point to understand that products orders are eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of purchasing.

HOW TO EXCHANGE?

Products that are shared with any concerns  within 24 hours will be considered for exchange or reworking on it. You must inform us within 1 day of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to manjucreation1@gmail.com with order number and attach an image of the piece purchased or Whatsapp us at +919811404992. Once you have mailed us, please ship out the pieces to the following address:

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you. When we deliver your corrected pair, shipping charges will be levied as COD.

Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product.

Couture By Manju reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the Couture By Manju pieces are sold they can't be exchanged or replaced after 24 hours. 

All custom made orders are non-returnable.

We has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
