At Couture By Manju, every garment is thoughtfully crafted with precision and care. Many of
our pieces are handcrafted or made-to-order, which means dispatch timelines may vary
depending on the product category.
We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and keeping you informed
every step of the way.
Shipping Across India
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners to ensure secure and
timely delivery.
Customized Orders: As communicated by our team.
Please note that delivery timelines may be extended during festive seasons, sale periods,
adverse weather conditions or unforeseen logistics disruptions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
• Shipment confirmation via Email and/or WhatsApp
• Tracking ID
• Courier partner details
• Tracking link
All dispatched orders include tracking information.
Shipping Delays
Delays may occasionally occur due to adverse weather conditions, public holidays,
government restrictions, courier operational delays or natural disasters. Our customer
support team will assist you in case of any unexpected delay.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address, mobile number and PIN code are accurate while
placing your order. Once dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur re-shipping charges.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the parcel remains
undelivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-dispatch may attract
additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery wherever
possible. If accepted, record an uninterrupted unboxing video and contact us within 24
hours with photographs and your order details.
Exchange Shipping

Couture By Manju has no return but only exchange policy. , exchange will be applicable if claimed within 24 hours of order receiving.

For eligible exchange requests:
• Delhi NCR: First exchange shipping is complimentary.
• Rest of India: Flat ₹100 exchange shipping fee.
Customized, made-to-order and altered garments are not eligible for exchange unless an incorrect or damaged product has been delivered.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be exchanged only. Order return is not a part of our shipping policy.
Store Credit
Eligible returns are processed in the form of Store Credit in accordance with our Exchange Policy.
